In Victoria, on Vancouver Island (Canada) I noticed that they have High Tea. A great ceremony with crumpets and the works (for the Brits among us). I haven’t had the chance to experience that.
Today, we really had HIGH tea. Literally, tea at the Ritz Carlton Tokyo Hotel, 45 floors above the ground.
