If you think once saved always saved, you are mistaken. Here in revelation we see salvation is something you can lose.

A famous personality died today, he was a well known singer, actor, and face in his time. His daughter said,

Words cant express the solace our family’s received from all the love & support during this trying time. My father’s last words were “So much wasted time”.

Life is to short, don’t waste a minute of it.

Acts 2:28 (NKJV)

You have made known to me the ways of life;

You will make me full of joy in Your presence.’

If you want to know true joy, you only get it from being in God’s presence. To truly understand the ways of life, you’ve got to know Jesus.

If someone really cares for the poor, they are doing something for the poor (not trying to make you feel guilty about your job, education, car, jewelry, or wealth).

Luke 19:22 (NKJV Strong’s,)

And he said to him, ‘Out of your own mouth I will judge you, you wicked servant. You knew that I was an austere man, collecting what I did not deposit and reaping what I did not sow.

Matthew 12:37 (NKJV Strong’s,)

For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

We must be careful what we say. You’re going to hear what came out of your mouth. This is what you will be judged by.

Deuteronomy 15:4-11 (NKJV,)

…except when there may be no poor among you; for the Lord will greatly bless you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you to possess as an inheritance— only if you carefully obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe with care all these commandments which I command you today. For the Lord your God will bless you just as He promised you; you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow; you shall reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over you. Generosity to the Poor

“If there is among you a poor man of your brethren, within any of the gates in your land which the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not harden your heart nor shut your hand from your poor brother, but you shall open your hand wide to him and willingly lend him sufficient for his need, whatever he needs. Beware lest there be a wicked thought in your heart, saying, ‘The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand,’ and your eye be evil against your poor brother and you give him nothing, and he cry out to the Lord against you, and it become sin among you. You shall surely give to him, and your heart should not be grieved when you give to him, because for this thing the Lord your God will bless you in all your works and in all to which you put your hand. For the poor will never cease from the land; therefore I command you, saying, ‘You shall open your hand wide to your brother, to your poor and your needy, in your land.’

Jesus quotes this Old Testament passage when people complain about the woman how have Him an expensive gift.

Jesus said the distinguishing characteristic of a Christian would be their love one for another! However, I’ve noticed over the years, that this may be the most frequently disobeyed instruction in the Bible: Matthew 7:1 (KJV) “Judge not that ye be not judged…” The Amplified Bible says “Do not judge and criticize and condemn others…” It seems that this criticism comes more and more against those who are called “faith people.” Read on

We are to be a pure and holy generation. We live in a sick and dying world. What is perverse is described as normal and good. What is good is labeled as discriminatory or unaccepting.

Many people will be shocked on judgement day. They accepted what the world told them was good, and rejected Gods call to holiness and purity.   Those who reject God’s ways will be rejected by the Father. Jesus is coming back soon only for those who honored Him.
