Christian Schools! Teach Students How To Love God!

There are so many Christian schools out there to teach people the Bible and God’s ways originally.  Many of them have weekly chapels or some type of meeting of all the students in one auditorium.  Whether it be a pre-school, a Kindergarten to 12th grade, or even a university, the majority of these schools you see have VERY boring chapels.  Students

  1. Mistakenly think that they know the God thing (about being a Christian) because they were forced to go to a boring ‘chapel’ each week.
  2. Many times conclude that there is no power in Christianity, because they didn’t get a chance to experience God.

The above are both wrong!  If you are going to have kids go to a mandatory chapel, as a leader at the Christian school, you have a responsibility.  That responsibility  is to bring as many of your students to Jesus and teach them how to have a daily relationship with Him.

Don’t put an administrator or someone in charge just because they can organize a meeting, sing a song, or use a PA system.  For your chapels, make sure you put a person who is a worshipper in charge of the weekly meeting.  Think of the meeting as some student’s only chance to experience God,  Make sure the kids learn how to worship God, not just sit quietly and disengaged.

God showed us one Sunday how Christian schools damage people and many students never follow God even in their adulthood because they’ve been turned off to Him by someone who didn’t know Him or show Him to them.

Christian schools should produce people that have a passion for God and His Kingdom.  How can you change your Christian school?  Start by fixing the chapel and making it something the kids want to go to.  Seek Him about it and ask the Holy Spirit to flow.  You’re school will never be the same!

Gods Hand On The Japan Church

I stand in awe. God is amazing. We had a fabulous, amazing, unbelievable, heart changing, people moving, faith building, miraculous…. you can keep going on and on as there are not enough words to describe….. Meeting on Sunday. We have been teaching on gifts of the Holy Spirit from 1 Corinthians 12:7-11 on Sundays. This Sunday we went into the gift of discerning of spirits but we also had a powerful ministry time where we saw prophecy, word of wisdom, word of knowledge in action in the church that day. Amazing. A bit more on that here

The Latter Rain

Hos. 6:3 Let us know,
Let us pursue the knowledge of the LORD.
His going forth is established as the morning;
He will come to us like the rain,
Like the latter and former rain to the earth.

Hos. 6:3

Hag. 2:9 “The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,’ says the LORD of hosts. ‘And in this place I will give peace,’ says the LORD of hosts.”

Lev. 10:3 And Moses said to Aaron, “This is what the LORD spoke, saying:
‘By those who come near Me
I must be regarded as holy;
And before all the people
I must be glorified.’ ” So Aaron held his peace.

Judgment For Those Who Turn On God

Rev. 9:20 ¶ But the rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands, that they should not worship demons, and idols of gold, silver, brass, stone, and wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk.

Rev. 9:21 And they did not repent of their murders or their sorceries or their sexual immorality or their thefts.

Protect Your Heart (Soul Area)

Prov. 4:23 Keep your heart with all diligence,
For out of it spring the issues of life.

Prov.

We’re told in Proverbs to protect our hearts. When the Bible talks about heart it can have various meanings. Remember we’re a three part being. We are a spirit, we have a soul, and we live in a body.

Here in Proverbs we see heart is not our physical heart (body) but it is our spirit and soul. Also remember our soul is made up of our mind, will, and emotions. So what are we to protect with all diligence?

We are to protect our souls. That means what we think, how we feel, and what we desire. One preacher made it clear to us at a ministers conference one January. He said, protect yourself from what you watch, what you listen to, and letting your feelings go out of control.

Protect the entrances to your eyes, yours, and your other senses.

You Cannot Be Luke Warm and A Jelly Fish and Expect to be right with God

Rev. 3:15 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot.

Rev. 3:16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.

You Are To Be Consistent And A Winner!

Rev. 3:12 He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name.

God wants us to be overcomers.
